We started Shade Tree because we believed there was a better way to build.
That belief shapes everything we do, and we’ve spent every day since proving it. We're a small, focused team based in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. Father and son at the core, with a tight group of people around us who share the same values and standards. Fort Mitchell is home. The greater Cincinnati region is where you'll find our work. We love what we do, who we do it for, and doing it together.
We didn't start this company to be the biggest builder in the region. We started it to be the best version of what a builder can be. That means staying small enough that every project stays human, and humble enough to never stop learning.
