During Pre-Construction, we align on your vision, develop a budget grounded in real decisions, select and specify every material and finish, and build a plan precise enough to execute without surprises. Most additions and remodels that go wrong don't fail during construction. They fail before it begins, when the planning was rushed, the budget was built on assumptions, and nobody asked the hard questions until it was too late.

Once construction begins, your dedicated project manager is on site, accountable, and in communication with you throughout. Through Ressio, our client portal, you have real-time visibility into your project. Daily logs, progress photos, budget tracking, and change orders, all in one place. No surprises. No chasing anyone down for updates.

If you already have trusted design partners, we work seamlessly alongside them. If you don't, we can introduce you to the architects and designers we trust most in this market. Either way, we come in as your construction partner during the design phase to review for constructability and cost implications, so there are no surprises when it's time to build. Most additions take between four and eight months from construction start to completion, depending on size and complexity. Pre-Construction, where we do the planning, permitting, and selections work, typically adds two to three months before construction begins. The projects that stay on schedule are the ones that don't start construction before the planning is finished.

It depends on the scope. Targeted remodels, a kitchen, a bathroom, a single addition, can often be done while you're living in the home, though it requires flexibility.
